This is Bambi Elk Farms. The house was built in 1998 and consists of 2,330 square feet of living space plus the basement. The house has in-floor heat in the basement powered by and electric hot water system and there is also a 5-ton geothermal system with newer furnace to heat and cool the house. The second floor consists entirely of the Master Suite, with sitting area that overlooks the land, large ensuite and 2 large walk-in closets. The main floor is large and has a great layout.
